This is a space for women to come together unpack their everyday experiences in Maine and find a sisterhood community. With the support of the Maine women’s fund, we have created these conversations in Waterville, Lewiston, and Orono.

Love Is Healing Retreat
GT Maine hosted its inaugural love is healing retreat in 2021. The invites women of color to take a step back from their busy lives to rest, reflect, and be in a space designed to simply exist. We had team-building activities that included yoga and book discussions which are facilitated by members of the Maine community. Our first retreat was a successful retreat that left participants happy and rejuvenated. We hope this is the start of many more retreats in the future.
